Parts Required:

After submitting details of your spare part requirements we will contact you within 24 hours by email or text to confirm that we have identified the item you require along with an estimate date for despatch.

Proof of purchase:

All spare parts will be supplied under the terms and conditions of the tc bathrooms guarantee free of charge when a valid proof of purchase details are submitted. If a valid proof of purchase is not provided then all spare parts ordered will be chargeable prior to despatch. The cost of the required item will be confirmed subsequent to submitting the product details and identifying the correct part.

Postage and package:

A delivery charge will be required on all spare parts prior to despatch (see below for postage and package rates)

Small package up to A5 envelope/jiffy bag less than 10kg £5.00 p&p/carriage
Medium package up to A4 envelope/jiffy bag less than 10kg £7.50 p&p/carriage
Large package for all items over 10kg £10.00 p&p/carriage
